Steve has broad based experience in small to middle market advisory activities.  He has served as CFO, Controller and VP Finance of both Manufacturing and Professional Service Companies with expertise in the Aerospace, Consumer Products, Banking and Staffing Industries.

Steve graduated from the University of Washington with a BA Concentration in Accounting and obtained his CPA certification in Washington State.  He earned his MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker by the California Bureau of Real Estate.
